DIY Jewelry Organizer

I really find this DIY Jewelry Organizer as a unique work of art!  It was made from recycled materials like old picture frame and some pieces of woods.  Tea cups and other ceramic containers were just taken from the kitchen.  There's really a solution to organize things without even spending a penny.  Our creative hands can always lead us into something that's useful and beautiful!

I have posted some ideas for jewelry organizer in my other blog, Home Sweet Home but this one is really cool!  However, I think I would still prefer the ones that could be hang on the wall as I always wanted to save some precious space at home. :)

As this can be painted, it's also nice that you could match the color to the theme or color motif of the room.

I think it's worth a try!

Vegetable Gardening

Now that I'm more determined to pursue vegetable gardening, I am now thinking of what would I add more to what I already have started at home.  I already have tomatoes, camote tops, malunggay, bitter gourd (ampalaya) and squash.  Aside from the camote tops and malunggay, I haven't really harvested anything yet from the rest of vegetable varieties that I have since I've just started planting these this month.  I bought some cheap plastic containers as I intend to do container gardening.  I have a spare land for this vegetable garden but I'd rather have a container garden to keep my plants secure.  We have some projects lined up for our vacant lot and I do not want to do my vegetable garden there and just get rid of my precious vegetables when some minor construction starts.  To be safe, I intend to have container garden and vertical garden as well.  This way, I could move my plants from one place to another when needed.  I have ample space for this container garden and vertical garden though so I think, I just have to start from there. :)

Aside from what were mentioned above, I intend to buy some seedlings for pepper (siling labuyo), kinchay and onion leeks.  If I would be lucky enough, I would love to have some parsley and lettuce, too.  I just don't know where to get these two now as I haven't seen any on sale on local stores here in my place.  But I will continue searching until I am able to complete my garden.

I am now in the process of collecting containers for my garden and I'm doing some recycling too.  I hope that I would manage to complete my garden in time for summer.
